This statement is provided for transparency regarding the nature of content made available through Celeb Fakes.
1. Nature of Content
Celeb Fakes is intended to host and display synthetic, fictional, AI-generated, AI-assisted, or digitally altered adult-oriented content. Content available through the Site is not presented as documentary footage, real-world sexual conduct, or a recording of actual sexual activity involving any real person.
To the Operator’s knowledge, the Site does not produce, publish, or make available visual depictions of actual human performers engaging in actual sexually explicit conduct for which performer age-verification records would be required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
Where content is synthetic, AI-generated, AI-assisted, fictional, or digitally altered, it should not be understood as depicting real sexual conduct by any real person. References to names, categories, labels, tags, titles, or descriptions are used for identification, indexing, search, fictionalization, parody, satire, commentary, or navigation, and do not imply that any person participated in, endorsed, authorized, or was involved in any depicted conduct.
2. Prohibited Content
The Site prohibits content that depicts, involves, or appears to involve any minor in any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, abusive, or harmful context.
The Site also prohibits users from submitting, uploading, requesting, describing, or distributing content that falsely presents synthetic or digitally altered adult content as real, authentic, leaked, recorded, verified, or documentary material.
If the Operator becomes aware of content that appears to involve minors, actual illegal sexual exploitation, or other unlawful material, the Operator will remove the content and immediately report it to relevant authorities.
